Notice for Postgraduate Students:

For your own benefit and for us to assist you,

please read the following information before filing a complaint

Complaints that may not be considered

  1. Ones that are not made as formal letters/ anonymous letters
  2. Ones that are unspecified or not well-grounded/ anonymous letters
  3. Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry must be able to contact a complainant to confirm his/her identity.

How to file a complaint

  1. Please file a complaint using polite words with the following details included:
  • Date of birth of a complainant
  • Name, address and telephone number of a complainant
  • Clearly stated complaints’ facts for further complaint process and investigation.
  • Documentary evidence, physical evidence and witnesses (if any).
